@mw2fangood How can you dislike this? I mean, whats bad with it? This guy learned a lot of useful skills on fifa 11, and he teaches them out. He doesnt just teach us, he also spends time animating a xbox controller to make it easier to understand. God, you dont really know what he gives you, completely free too.
imo what berbatov did was the classiest thing i've seen in a long time. To have that awareness is stunning. He completely embarrassed the defender.
@vici30 the stop and turn is easy, simply hold the trick button, flick the direction you are running towards and then flick left or right from the first flick. So for example if im playing a game and im running this way -> , I will flick -> then up or down. It works well when the defender is running next to you because they will keep running while you spin, if you do it while youre infront of them, the wil just run into the ball and take it away.
@Donzalano There's a lot of Ronaldinho tricks in FIFA. Flip Flap, Overheadflck, Drag Back Fake, Hocus Pocus, In Air Flip Flap, Ball Roll Flick Up, Scoop Turn. There might be more but that's all I can remember right now

@fazer990 It may be a bit confusing at first, but it's actually a very great way to do it. Once you've gotten used to it, you'll never want to go back.

@FenekfromPoland McGeady spin is still there. It's a 5 star skill move! Stop & Turn is 4.

2. the htw with left leg has been replaced with atatw
3. ball roll fake, is now RS hold Right, flick Left / vice versa.
@Vidistadaskoli on xbox360 you have to press and hold LT and move the right stick to do skill moves. hold LT and tap RB to juggle. while you are juggling you can do tricks with RS (=right stick) such as ''around the world'', ''chest flick'' ect.

The 5* is not about how good your technique is, it's about what kind of range you have in skill moves. Please understand this. In Fifa 10 most players had 5stars in the bigger teams, meaning they all could do flip-flip, elastico etc (unrealistic)
@Hjerpseth The one skill move were you hold down LT, then you double tap the right analogue stick towards diagnally down right twice. As for the inter goal that RvP scored, it is on here m8, just type in on here... Van Persie goal and skill against inter milan then hoefully you'll know what i mean.
@si912 Nope, you're incorrect. Stop & Turn is a 4 star skill move. McGeady Spin is 5.
@TheJustAsk of if you're not playing Pro, where the camera follows behing you most of the time... then direction matters... For example, in Exhibition match, if you're running towards your opponents goal (from left to right) then you flick the right stick right then up... all the examples here assume you're running "upwards", not to your own or your opponents goal, hope it helps ;)

@Vidistadaskoli when you press and hold LT and move the right stick, you can do skill moves. if you DON'T press LT but still move the right stick, the player will kick the ball in the direction you move the stick. so if you want to do these moves Hjerpseth is showing here, you have to press and hold LT and move the right stick while you are pressing LT. got it now? :) and if you want do a certain trick, you have to do it exatly like it is supposed to do. watch this video to learn them
@mojzez Your VP needs 5 stars to do the Fake Rabona, and I think there's a Trait (Fancy Passes/Fancy Flicks) that will increase the chance of backheeling it in.

@Hjerpseth I really aprecciate the job you put in to this because it really helped me out. I was wrong saying it was a bad tutorial because every tut is like this one. That guy who wrote the comment about him trying to do the tricks but not actually doing them in the match, probably meant that he was not able to do the stop and turn trick when he was facing to thedirection of the goalkeeper by flickng the RS Up and Right or something like this,i suppose.I'm sorry i was wrong about your tutorial
@7davidelguajevilla7 make sure the player is at least 3 stars for skills that's for the 360 roulette 4 stars for rainbow flick, stop and turn, 5 stars for ronaldo chop and elastico and triple elastico when doing them make sure you are not pressing the sprint button, also the direction changes depending on your view e.g. forward then right might right then down, hope i helped :D

I must say, the demo for FIFA 11 just feels perfect. Yes, there are a few usual FIFA things (sorry about that poorly articulated sentence) that aren't outstanding, and it's hard to explain the changes to someone if they aren't die hard FIFA players - but the little things, such as the new shooting animations, and the huge change personality + has made to it that ust make it brilliant. I sounded like Kanye West a bit throughout that. I do apologise.

But they work different during a match : ex. If during the match you are facing right to do the Stop and Turn trick you have to flick RS to right and then Up or Down.It depends of the direction you are facing .You just have to change your point of view in 90 deegrees

@MRALLAN18 agreed... verdict is still out but i dont like how they removed the 5 star skills of most players, removed the pace and excitement of FIFA 10, made player acceleration slow, made physical jostling between players too strong. best thing is the new celebrations lol

@Hjerpseth the fact is that noone never made a Tutorial with different points of view.I was trying to help that guy who probably didn't knew this.Btw i can do most of the tricks but not the most complicated combos.

I've reset my controller configuration for Michael Owen on FIFA 12:
A: Injure hamstring.
B: Injure hamstring.
X: Gaze at pitch from bench.
Y: Injure hamstring.
Hjerpseth knows like all the moves and i know maybe 7 damn so many but i just use some that are useful to me

@oren66 i had the same problem, try to just slide your finger to A. Don't remove your finger completely then press A. just slide it smoothly.

@xzibittie17 both, i'm playing on legendary and it's not easy to get chances. but it's the best fifa ever. it's harder to get chances but easier to score in my opinion.

@lancey11 If you were running at the goal to the right you would flick the stick right first, then up or down.
@muffinman1 Yeah, they got to have 4 Stars skill moves. Try it with Xavi, Iniesta, Torres, Drogba or Agureo.
I found 1 new trick ,too . Its like a rabona but easier , i wrote Hjerbseth a message how the trick work , i hope he'll upload it too
@semsem1983 In certain situations 5 star players will do the Stop and Turn instead of McGeady spin. For example if the ball is bouncing or the player is running too fast.
@mojzez This tutorial isn't very good? It perfectly explains the controls for each trick in writing, plus an animatated controller. The controls are relative to the diretcion the player is travelling, which has been the case since FIFA 08. I suppose for someone who have never played FIFA, it's a little diffecult to get used, but you can't expect to pull of rainbow flicks and crazy dribbles the first time you play. It's not FIFA street.
@dragomessi Because you have to look what direction your player is (In Arena back is back but in a match back is left)
@XXDANIEL1993XX it does make sense because kaka and iniesta do skills. but they dont do skills in the 5 star category.. those skills are more showoff
@31Luiz1 If you play on pc this will not work. And you have to know how to use them,you don't just make the trick and expect the defender will run away,there's a timing about this. ;)

simple dragback LT/L2 - Left stick Back Then Right/Left
I like the game, but I hate that many have turned the pass-weight assistance on. This should remain off for online games. With it on you might as well be playing Fifa10. I know manual everything is too much, but please challenge yourselves and keep the default settings. Anytime someone wants to pass out of danger, they perform perfectly weighted passes to teammates, despite the fact that their off-balance and facing opposite direction. No one has to make realistic clearances.
@FifaSyndrome ibra still has 5 but yh i think there just giving 5 star skill moves to the amazing skillful players... tevez,kaka,van persie, luis fabiano, david villa, drogba, anelka all have 4 star which sucks!! :/but ronaldo, ibra, messi di maria all have 5 so it makes you appreciate the brilliant skillful players in your team. :)

@Blakecbr900 It really is. The new passing and weight system is so much better. A few things could still stand with improvement (ie: foul animations. How many times have you gone into a tackle that looks clean and then the replay changes it so that you scissor their legs? Annoying at best, though) but overall it's a huge improvement! New animations are outstanding too!
