@@lewpac I've blown through every "how to make friends" book ever written and I still don't get it. Every guild in every MMO just treats its members like a cog in a machine, and unless you're already massively rich risking gear can be a catastrophic loss of time played. The roads are constantly camped by entire war parties with catch gear just waiting for free loot solo players.
I don't know a single person in 23 years of MMO gaming that has a guild that doesn't force toe sucking and knee bending.
So yeah, for a lot of people it is nothing more than something in the imagination.
You don't need to be a lot to kill even a T8 world boss, just a tank, a healer and a badon to interrupt, then more DPS will allow you to kill it faster but that's all, three people is enough.
im highly unsocial and even in albion never had that trouble to get into a decent guild, maybe dont follow those "how to make friends books" huh?

We found the same type of zone with my guild with 7 wood spot, we get a t7 and a t8 world boss + all the veteran and elite mobs that where here. We were 6 people gathering with boar and made 3 full load.

For the people saying the roads are so dangerous and there is no mats and no profit going alone , its actually easier to just go around on your own and gather insteread of having a lot of people , been doing that and gathering (got all but skinning to T8 but even if i didnt wouldnt change the story ),, been making a killing and made bout 30 mil gathering in 2--3 weeks while dying once or twice maybe (by my own mistake both times ).Its literally easier to stay out off the radar if ya alone , its easier to gather and fill a horse or boar or whatever(moose + fs cape for life to escape ganks ). So all the bs you need an entire guild to protect you its trash , if ya get comfortable with the roads you can make gankers run in circles trying to catch you for 20 minutes lol . That is one of the minigaes i like in albion xD

I can stress this enough, for the average albion player on an average guild this is almost impossible and stupidly dangerous. Its 100% impossible to find a deep road without a party of 10 guys with full t8 or equivalent items just running around, its way easier and faster to just farm solo dungeons in a t8 zone, you will not get that amount of silver, but youll be safe and get consistent results
thanks for that, we are a guild which can't really buy over T5.1 or even 4.1 because we don't have enough money. Why is it that dangerous? is it because you could get ganked every second?
@@dasnerft96 you could be found by guys like in the video as simple as that with mamooths back up and 8.1 gear this high end guilds all they do all day is explore the roads these days. From my expirience I went in the roads cleared 1 green chest and was ganked by 4 people in about 5 min.

Edit: this is in a span of 2 weeks, i got ganked twice. I explore WHOLE networks of roads to report to my guild so they can have shortcuts to royal cities.

Late last night I ran into a similar zone. Had a full, fresh woodcamp. Was super sad because I'm only t6 wood gathering but still got like 2mil off it. Had to leave several t8 trees and elite mobs behind D:

I have actually joined 3 guilds in the past,
The first one (caruma guild) is when i was new and have no idea of the game (the guild was trash)
2nd was titans of myth although it was a decent one, i didnt see it going any where
3rd one is pinoy matikas, people are friendly, and we have 1 HO although you are going to need discord to join.
Man having a big guild looks so fun, opens up so much more in terms of gameplay. One day I shall join one, a fun one...

@@Thee_observer long reply but i dont see any problems here. guild probably wants to get money fast for HO or some other important thing. It will give benefits for all guild members. Its not like they take away 90% of your money. Tax only takes % silver that drops from mobs, not from market or silver bags.

No no, you should be fine as long as you stick by the right people. If you can bring a 5 people that wear full t8 to be your body guards, then you might be able to get by and get that premium! If you ever see me, I highly suggest that you tell your body guards to back off though, because being infamous makes me very trustworthy and thus I’m not a threat.
I just started Albion 2 days ago. I was skinning mobs in a yellow zone and by mistakely entered pvp area bruh i had nothing on me but still someone killed me lmao I can't imagine how bad it is in other zones

I am a newbie. I have no friends playing this game. I wanted to join a guild to help me understand the game. They asked me if i have discord and they added me. I was asking about how to make silver because solo dungeons and corrupted dungeons don't give me any silvers like i was getting 20k silvers but the repair guy taking it all. They were also charging me 1m silver per week like hell. So after 2 weeks i left that guild. I was all alone and you can't do shit when you are alone in this game.

I can get 200k+ each time i go t5 corrupted dungeons, they’re not exactly the ‘big money makers’ but they’re safe and pretty easy to do. They’re perfect for solo players.

Lewpac, you say to go into the deep zones. you got to remember you've got a lot of spec in your weapons, experience in the game, a powerful guild backing you up, and you don't even care if you lose those resources because you are already rich, for others like me going into the deep roads means that we will find guys like you, who know what you are doing and have the experience, a powerful guild behind. If I lose my stuff I'm fucked, if you lose your stuff you'll be able to make premium either way.
Don't want to take anyone side here, just to enlighten you that if you are at the point of "If I lose my gear I'm deeply fucked" then you're doing something wrong in the game. Either you don't go out in expensive gear because you can't afford to lose it, or you're not taking enough risks to get awesome rewards, and don't have the money pool to backup if you fuck up with expensive gear
BTW I just read what I said and sounds like angry. I'm not, it's part of the game and I'm fine with it xD but I don't think telling the player base "go to the roads, everything will be fine and you can make money" it's not the way to go.
@@TheAniki94 yeah i dont think you should go to any pvp zones until you have enough to buy your current gear setup 5-10 times, and that doesnt take long. The roads are not really any different then normal maps, probably safer as for most roads dont have the 20 man entrances, they are limited to 2 or 7. And having a big guild doesnt make much difference i find in the roads, i spent the first 2 weeks solo and had an easier time than as a group.
@@TheAniki94 You are right, my only point is that Lewpac says "go to the roads" as if it was easy to do it and not lose anything when you are in a small guild/newish player with not much experience and not having huge amounts of money xD

Hi Lewpac! I had a logistics question if you have the time to respond? I'm returning player and my small real life guild is stationed in Martlock. I primarily plan to be a gatherer/toolcrafter/trader and spend most of my time in the Highlands and Swamp zones. I'm definitely going Lumberjack to supply these 2 zones with gear as I'm assuming the best lumberjack toolcrafters a will mostly be in Lymhurst, so while there's less demand there's also less competition for buy/sell orders which I use quite often.
To the question now that I've explained my general gameplan: Should I pick up a second type of Toolcrafting? I doubt I'll be able to compete on the really high tier gear, so maybe having a broader focus for tier 5/6 gear could be a good thing for making good use of sell orders? If so what would you recommend? I can see good arguments for these:
1) Quarrying (primary resource in Martlock for good demand) + good access to metal bars in Thetford to make the gear. Downside is Martlock is the only nearby zone that has a large demand...
2) Skinning (2 skinning zones next to Highlands + easy access to hides in Martlock) Downside here is I may also need to take trips to Bridgewatch, which adds another market to keep track of. And no huge demand for skinning gear in Martlock itself which will be my primary market.
3) Harvester crafting so I could exclusively focus on trade routes between Martlock and Thetford. The only downside here is weak access to Cloth, with Lymhurst being so far away.
I'm leaning towards Quarrying, with Harvester a close second. Sorry for being so wordy, but I put a lot of thought into this, but am still not sure. Thanks!
quarrying seems a solid choice, plus you can build your own stations etc with the blocks

BS. You run there with a team and also call guildies with mammoths for backup and you tell us to do the roads because they are so good. How many people have this luxury? Most people are soloing and then nothing what you showed would have made any sense because you hardly can solo those elite mobs unless you want to risk losing 8.3 gear in guild infested roads with hideouts everywhere, you won’t kill adpects and you also don’t go there with mammoths or oxen because you need fast mounts to escape gankers. Roads are garbage for solo players. Not worth the risk at all. You get safer loot and ressources in red zones without finding yourself in a trapping mace full of two way roads that are the gankers dream.
