    That PCSO was a star and will go far if the force doesn't end up corrupting her. Smart & an excellent communicator; I think she will find it difficult working with some of the low IQ police officers.

    The lady PCSO is just far too honest and personable to be in the police force but she could do incredibly well in the private sector and she totally shows up the other officers at the event. Her personality is awesome and she clearly has emotional intelligence, which will be an unknown concept to most of her colleagues. AB you did a great job and it was very respectful of you to let her know who you were after your initial playing around and I applaud you for that because she didn’t deserve to be embarrassed.

      @@ThisIsJamesL Most likely because her ancestors were British subjects and she was born here. After all Britain was in many other countries for centuries. At one time a quarter of the planet was part of the British Empire. Maybe you should look into what Britain was doing in other countries in the first place. That will help you understand the world in which you live in today. Until the 1960's anyone from a British colony could come here. Just like when Britain was part of Europe any EU citizen could come here.

I'd get depressed if I had to do that because our world is surrounded by a gazillion miles of no oxygen and life is already so short.       @@jamesfirth2392 I joined Grampian Police (later Police Scotland) and did just short of 13 years with prior time in our armed forces. I'm not exaggerating - some of the crime I witnessed by cops was sickening.

    She was lovely, and perhaps there should be no direct recruitment of police officers - how about everyone comes in as a PCSO, learns the basic skills, and the decent ones are promoted to full constables.

    That PCSO 7012 had studied law (which is way more than many police who don't even read any legalisation), knows that police should communicate (unlike many police who read a script like robots), has intelligence (which is something many constables don't have with their single brain cell) and has heard of auditors and understands the aim of auditors (which many constables refuse to understand and haven't even heard of them) is absolutely fantastic. She might not want to be a constable, but she most definitely should be training other PCSOs and imparting on them their real purpose and not that it's an excuse to intimidate and act like bullies.

They have different roles but with a few similarities. If you want a comparison that maybe you can understand….a PCSO is like a teaching assistant, whereas a constable is like a teacher. Similar but very different. Do you go round accusing teaching assistants of being teachers in drag? Or accusing healthcare assistants in hospitals of ‘not being real nurses’? You probably don’t. Might be time to realise you sound like an idiot.

    I watch all the audits of all you guys, hence have seen 100's of interactions with the police. Out of all those I have seen that lady officer was without any doubt the best I have ever seen , educated, new her stuff and very polite and something none of them seem to have - a sense of humour. I hope she goes far in her career.

    The reason they need so many constables is because after the conservatives sacked 24,000 of them over 10yrs they then decided they needed them all back to help make them look good for the next election, and the reason they find it so difficult to recruit new ones is because not a lot of mugs want to lose all their friends and become public enemy number one due to the abuse of the people the police are now renowned for. ( Only narcissists need apply ) !

      Simple fact is we don't need more constables, we need smarter constables. Ones that don't look at as a job where they can bully the public, ones that will look for real crime rather than looking for the next easy mark (which, strangely enough??, is exactly what criminals do). That's the only way the police have a hope of regaining the trust of the public but most of today's officers, despite the graduate level recruitment schemes, are too thick to comprehend it.

      @@chrishartley1210 They are a gang and it's human nature unless you train the mind and preferably already have personal integrity and values inculcated from childhood of fairness and impartiality and honesty etc etc - training can make up for this but they get about 3 months when they used to get 3 years.
      Discipline could also make up for it but they have none, the DPS and IOPC and Cheif Commissioner Dicks are all in the gang, and they know it.
      An existing culture of honesty and high standards could make up for some lack of training but there is the opposite culture - bullying and pointscoring against the hated public who force them to get off their facebook.
      Add loads of stupid laws to sate the "law'n'order" idiots who comment in the daily mail and they need more like 6 years training now.

    What an absolute missed opportunity that the pcso at the end is not a full on pc. She is highly educated , emotionally mature and evidentially from this interface about 3x smarter than most serving officers based on the video evidence we see on audit videos.

    To the PCSO lady I thought you came across really well so good luck to you. Sometimes on these videos police can come across as unhappy and with no sense of humour but you were brilliant. If your police station respects talent you will go far. Auditing is about the reaction and AB is not anti police nor are most of his followers, we just judge individual officers by how they behave. You were an A plus.

    Am a retired PC ,the PCSO was a credit to the force .I have seen a few of the videos and see the standards drop especially around dress ,lots walk around without their caps on, the tatts on their arms back in the day had to be covered now many look thuggish.Many have their hands in there pockets and searching under sect 43 is now just like the sus searches back in the day used against black youth.

    Lovely, lovely, lovely lady! She had an infectious laugh and is obviously very well educated. Loved the bit where you said you wanted a job where you could put handcuffs on and abuse people! She says a good path is for cops to be a PCSO first so they can learn to communicate better. She should be on 200 grand a year as a training officer!

    Most PCSO'S are worse than coppers for egotistical behaviour and abusing their powers !

    Yo!! PC AB!! I was left with a smile at the end of this video, and chuckle when you were baiting the officer with the card shouting "Police!" haha
    That PCSO was sound as a pound. Such as warm personality. The police need people like her to shape their attitudes, but I personally think she is too good for the police and could go on to greater things. I hope the police realise how valuable she is to them.

    The PCSO lady is wasted in that role. She's the kind of cop we need. But then we turn into the people we're surrounded by, so she might get corrupted. It's hard to defy your superiors. She's brilliant, though. If you're watching, lady, don't ever change. ☺☺

    PCSO shows that if you take away the ego, learn basic common law, use common sense the people (who they serve) can see them as approachable and as such easy to engage. Love the part...if you like to handcuff and beat people up, being a PC is the one for you AB. 👮🏽

    The PCSO who was helping out at the recruitment desk was very helpful and I think it was crass to put up some 'cartoon' at the same time. Good interaction from good officers (often a rare thing!) should be rewarded. Otherwise it undoes the good work that has been achieved.

    Here's an idea. Create a multiple choice set of questions. One for plod. One for sergeants, one for traffic etc.
    Then you can quiz them on how well they know the law.
    You can give them a badge at the end with their score on it. Sort of a thin blue line thing.

    Auditing does make a difference. PCSO 7012 shows that it works. It affected her and made her think about her role in society and she understands the aim of auditing.

      Agreed as the female officer pointed out "we are taught in training to stand up for the public's rights" but as auditors keep posting out none of them intervene to defend the public when an officer is going too far they all generally just go along with the wrong doing.

      @@james-5560 If only that were their motivation. The evidence suggests, the perceived authority over others is the attractant. Straight out of school and pushing people around isn't healthy. They should have life experience first and be persuaded they can serve the public without the "them and us" mentality.
