Hey I'm a Junior and I plan to run the 400 this year I ran the 100 past year and my pr was 11.15 any advice for the for the 4?
Wassup bro and man youâre already onna good place to do good in the 4
11.15 is more than enough foot speed to run sub 50 and definitely 48 if you can get sum good 12-13 second speed endurance for the 400
I would say donât lose any of that short foot speed and honestly you just need to run the 4 and see where you are deficit at during the race.. but more than likely you need to run sum repeat 300 to get a feel for the 300m mark and of course lift 3 times a week

@@cr3am33 Yoo wassup bro and itâs the same advice I give younger guys..honestly you just gotta hit the weightroom and youâll see big gain ups in the next season..
As far as running tips..200 repeats helped me a lot I believe..you just need to train hard since you have so much room and time to improve on
