This song and The Rolling Stones "Lady Jane" were great. I love that Elizabethan sound.

Benefit by all means is their best album. Not just the best between Stand Up and itself, but best of ALL Tull.

I can't decide if "Benefit" or "Stand UP" is better. Thoughts?
And yeah, yeah, Ian is great, but I'm telling you Martin Barre is the all-time underrated guitarist. He's just brilliant! When I saw them in the early and mid-70's he'd just stand stage left, head down, and slay everybody in the place. No jumping about or flash. Just clean perfection. And a war-waa pedal master! I only wish I could play like him!
Note to Homer Ruiz- THANK YOU, MAN! I've never been able to catch these lyrics and it's driven me crazy for decades! This is very much appreciated, dude!

Sounds like John Entwistle of the Who too. (probably mangled that spelling.)
