Amazing presentation! Suggest server use a fork when serving cheese as it’s easier to handle versus spoon and also surprised to see paper doilies used -they are not necessary !
My exp with fine dining I've been to 2 of the best really expensively priced restaurants while in Las Vegas . The food and service were outstanding one place brought out the chef who's name is on the restaurant to our table . I think it was worth every penny although both times a few hours later we end up eating at a restaurant in the hotel we stayed at . Best decently priced food in Vegas is at south point casino and hotel .
niiiice. I love the fact that truffles come up a lot, but gotta say I blinked a bit dish that reads, cow's tongue in a sheep's head. XD
uh... nothing like a long lunch.. priceless.. well done...
Had dinner there couple of years back...remembered a lot of their dishes was topped with caviar.... my most memorable degustation still Andre Chiang & Gaggan when dinner price per pax was still below $300

It looks good but overpriced at over $200. A little more than a $100 should be more fair.
