My cat's name is PJ (short for Puffball Jr. (rip Puffball the first))
We have three cats they are: Mittens, Explorer, and Stormageddon. Storm is the only boy and Mittens is the mother of Explorer.
Named my cat Isis.... based on the Egyptian Goddess. BUT NOOOOOOOO A month later fucking terrorists used it and now it's ruined. Now every veterinarian we go to cringe at the name of my beautiful Khao Manee cat. GDI. ;_;
Change it to Ra! Or Cleopatra (I know Cleopatra wasn't a goddess).
How about Hera instead or Ceres? Try a Greek or Roman Goddess instead as her second name/nickname when introducing to a new vet. Isis really is a beautiful name, it's a shame terrorists think so too...

I give the cats their first names and they tell me their middle names.
Like:
Jake Willie-Sutton Cardea --- who picked the lock on his cat-door the day the vet was due to drop by for his check-up and shots. Had to cancel the appointment till he deigned to come home. He did it fairly often -- though there was no telling which side of the door he would be on at the time. I had to check periodically to be sure he hadn't locked himself OUT.
And Rebecca Gotta-get-high Cardea --- who learned to climb the ladder because I was renovating the attic and she couldn't bear being left out of the action. It took a couple of days but she figured it out. If I was at a particularly tricky moment when she decided to join me, I had to hiss at her to convince her not to come up.
And Diana Oh! Hello there! Helton -- who jumped in my lap while I was standing up. I would be standing there and this cat would suddenly materialize on my chest. So I would catch her. What were I to do? She wouldn't put her claws out to catch herself.
Sadly, I didn't know the kitten we would have was going to be an alpha cat so I didn't get to name him appropriately. I named him Oishi because his long tail reminded me of their shrimp snack's trademark: white with orange stripes or rings like the target boards. However, it's not that bad; I just find it funny that I coo at him calling him "Delicious" in Japanese.
And then there's this other kitten named Oreo (because his fur is black and white), and his sibling Chocolate just because it's a pure black cat (with a white patched chest). I didn't name these two, though.

My cat is named Cleopatra. I call her Cleocatra. Anyway, shes one of those cats who like to beat the crap out of paper towls. She literally attacked them, on the table in front of all 3 of us. She hooked her claws into the paper towl, bit down, and my dad tried to get her off. Nope, she just starts attacking him while shes attacking the papertowls. He drops her, and she sits there riping the paper towls to shreds, in front of all of us. It was hilarious.

Sometimes the alpha cat isn't the boldest or bravest. I have two alpha cats who continually bicker with eachother over dominance. My third cat has long ago been well established as being below both of them...but this NON-alpha cat is also the only one of my cats that adjusts easily to new places, situations, and people...the other two are easily frightened by these things and go into hiding for long periods of time.

Well, I had name my female cat call harvest
She the alpha all pet/wild cat, and she had a kitten it a girl so I call a very special name it Junior.
So other newborn kitten is not ready to visit me so I had very special name for all of them so not to tell what kittens name really is.
