This band LOVES WHAT THEY DO. NO ARROGANT ROCKSTAR ATTITUDE. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC. THEY GENUINELY LOVE THEIR FANS. AND THEY REMEMBER WHERE THEY CAME FROM. THEIR SONGS ARE SO EMOTIONAL. VARIOUS EMOTIONS. AND PROBABLY THE MOST FAN FRIENDLY BAND IN MUSIC. THEY'RE A TEAM. UNSTOPPABLE.
Floor seems so genuine when thanking the crowd. Also this is a band you'd feel comfortable taking your children to the concert. You can't say that about a lot of metal bands
I can’t believe how insanely clean her vocals were here. The fact that she kept the absolute highest quality of vocals for a 2 hour show is actually unbelievable. Astounding.
That's called vocal stamina. Floor has tremendous inner powers and vocal cords made from divine titanium alloy. She is just magnificent. God how i love this woman.

I just can't get enough of this group. Stumbled upon them a few months ago and Wow! Looking back in their history they had some talented lead singers.....Nothing like Floor! This woman is amazing, what a voice. Being Gorgeous doesn't hurt and the musicians they have are fantastic. Been trying to get the virtual ticket for March but having difficulty getting it to go through. But soon may get to see them live.
Yeah was never a fan of Annette, but Floor and Tarja are great. Floor is my fav though. I skipped seeing them in New Zealand once as I thought Annette was singing for them, but infact Floor had just joined them months earlier. Was guttered to find out I missed seeing the band with her.

I loved Tarja, Anette was ok, but I did not think she was the right one for Nightwish. Then Floor came in..... She is the one and only choice. I even prefer to hear live Floor recordings of old Tarja songs now, over the original. Floor just does them better, and with the quality of live recordings getting so good....

So- I kind of been living with my head up my arse listening to very much the brutal heavy fast technical death/black, and ofcourse american and norwegian Country/bluegrass/folk, as one would. That has been me for the ten last years. Nile, Cryptopsy, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Behemoth, Archspire, Alison Krauss and Union Station, Jamey Johnson, Pistol Annies, Hellbillies and other such bands on the same playlists. Nightwish, no. Not so much. Why? Well, as stated earlier; head in own ass. In 2005 I became aware of NW and the Wishmaster album. I did like some of the songs, like Come Cover Me and Kinslayer, but I was not very keen on the operatic vocals of T T. (I look foreward to your angry letters🙄) Later I found the song Amaranth quite nice, and kind of liked the new voice. Still; head firmly placed in own rectum. Now, about two weeks ago, me, the stars, my behind, and the bloody algorithm aligned and The Charismatic Voice Ghost Love Score Reaction was presented to me. Holy mother of gawd. Floor Jansen. How? What? Eeer? Huh? The voice... The eyes ... The smile... and my own body and mind felt like it suddenly could rest. I was home? I was so moved. I just discovered a big universal truth... or something. Turns out I just kind of floorgasmed me a new soul. Now I’m getting gobsmacked every damn day and night by the amazing stuff I hear and see on albums and live shows. And now I am watcing this concert for the first time. IT’SOGOOD!! They are all so good, and talented, and beautiful, and so nice to eachother. Shiny happy metal love! I feel great😭😂🤯
Well music gives you what you need in certain phases of life. destiny determens what you meet on your lifes journey. and for it was time to meet floor in comagnie of Nightwish... as Tuomas said she is home now...we are complete! enjoy it like the rest of us...the music i listen tells you who i am!
It sure does, my good fellow. This next couple of years I’m gonna practice my triangel and tambourine skills to the point that Nightwish just can’t see how they can not have me in the band. And than I’m gonna just be as cool and loving as Emppu, just strawling around patting shoulders, making people feel good, blowing minds with my triangle/tambourine sorcery.
Tarja was great ... then came Anett ... she was ... ok ... but then came Floor and absolutly nailed it! No matter what song, she is always in the right voice. i dont know anybody who could do that in this way. And the harmony with this great "Marko who?" just love it!
Marco is able to bring out his best with Floor. His harmony is much better with her. He also looks so much happier with her. As does the rest of the band.
Great spot. It's like an Easter egg you find in computer games. Recall one of there live version have them play a brief part of the intro to the trooper.
You also hear Bethovens Minuette in G somewhere. It's a part of the storytelling of the piece. They're demonstrating what humans have made in the short time we've existed as a united race :)
This is just a hypothesis but I have a feeling Floor had a role in writing the album or the lyrics or even the general idea, because she wanted to be a biologist and seems like a science lover to me, so I won't be surprised if she suggested the idea of a biological artistic album to Tuomas.

This concert is a revelation! Not so long ago I wasn't a fan nor did i even know they're repertoire, this all changed in a (very) short while after listening to a few songs! My first was amaranth, after that it didn't stop anymore! The arrangements, compositions, vocals etc are magnificent worked out in detail, for that hail to all the bandmembers (and I'm not even a metalhead)! Artists of that magnitude are seldom seen and for my opinion..., they can be counted with all the great of the earth! I know there is much difference in opinion about the three ladysingers who play(ed) they're part in the existence of the band, but for me the best voice is Floor then Tarja en last but certainly not least Anette, they all have they're own way of approaching the lyrics and music. Slight dissapointment was the leaving of the band by Jukka, "the drummachine", due to healthproblems but perfectly replaced by Kai and now lately Marko, I hope this will not have any influence to what the future has in store for us concerning the band...

This concert is a revelation! Not so long ago I wasn't a fan nor did i even know they're repertoire, this all changed in a (very) short while after listening to a few songs! My first was amaranth, after that it didn't stop anymore! The arrangements, compositions, vocals etc are magnificent worked out in detail, for that hail to all the bandmembers (and I'm not even a metalhead)! Artists of that magnitude are seldom seen and for my opinion..., they can be counted with all the great of the earth! I know there is much difference in opinion about the three ladysingers who play(ed) they're part in the existence of the band, but for me the best voice is Floor then Tarja en last but certainly not least Anette, they all have they're own way of approaching the lyrics and music. Slight dissapointment was the leaving of the band by Jukka, "the drummachine", due to healthproblems but perfectly replaced by Kai and now lately Marko, I hope this will not have any influence to what the future has in store for us concerning the band...

OK, I have done my research.2023.After reviewing metal bands ALL AROUND, when it comes to SWEDEN,OMG, besides Hammerfall, and Delain, Eluveitie , NIGHTWISH tops my list as best METAL band around the World. I LOVE the new SINGER. SHE is FREAKIN AMAZING. Keep up the GREAT work Thomaous, we love you in ,beleive it or not, Arizona. We're going to miss MARCO like something serious man,LOL.

This version is so much better than the Wembley one :) it's shame on CD/DVD release of Vehicle of Spirit there are mostly the Wembley versions.
My box have 3 DVD. London,Tampere and extra stuff.

Yeah I went off the band around that time too. Missed a few opportunities to see them live with Floor as I hadn't heard they had replaced Annette.
Same. They were in Lisbon when Floor was very pregnant at a very affordable price and I didn't even know they came here. Only found out recently and was really mad at myself
