I bought my T100 in 1995. (Slightly used for $18,000.) I still own it and it's in great condition; always garaged in California. Not a speck of rust. I will hopefully keep it forever. It's the xtra cab SR5 model with all the factory features. I religiously keep up the maintenance. Upgraded to a Pioneer sound system with navigation, satellite radio, and back-up camera. Hands free phone works incredibly well. Better than my Lexus. I upgraded ALL lights to LED and that was a huge improvement. As a DIY project this was very inexpensive. The truck is like new, top and bottom. Over the years gaskets, brakes, and many small items were replaced or upgraded. The styling of the T100 holds up incredibly well even by today's standards. It's just beautiful. These trucks, made in Japan, were totally reliable and well built. ORIGINAL A/C still working well. Original engine, transmission, alternator and all accessories still working perfectly. Truck is still solid with no rattles and NO major suspension problems. Many beat up T100s are still on the road and going strong. Toyota quality after 26 years and 150,000 miles has served me well.

Specifically, how did you upgrade your headlights to LED? Did you replace the bulbs or the entire lights? How has it worked over the previous years?

@@drwisdom1 Hello. Replacing the headlights was as simple as changing out the bulbs. I did it during the Covis hiatus and they still work fine. I changed out every light on the truck to LEDs except the high mounted stop light. It made an incredible difference. From the weak halogens to the very bright and excellent LEDs. Road signs that were hard to read or just not visible at night are now easily seen. High and low beams work fine. Buy good quality LEDs that give the Kelvin rating you want. 5000K is very bright and burn pretty white. Lots of options. Amazon has a pretty good selection as I remember? The whole thing was just plug and play. I pulled the instrument cluster and replaced all the plug in lights with LEDs. I used white lights as opposed to colors. Huge difference! Same with the map lights and dome. They actually give enough brightness to read a map at night! Huge upgrade for sure......

@@curtgomes My T100 lights are pretty lame. When I went to Amazon there were thousands of choices and I was afraid most were junk from China so I gave up. You got a link to the ones you got? I would prefer some that someone successfully used for a couple of years.

    • @curtgomes

@@drwisdom1 I don't have a link as it was some time ago. I believe all these LEDs are from China? Its just a 15 minute item to change out so I took a chance and did it. Pick one and try it. You won't believe the improvement. If not good send it back... Another issue is the plastic lens of the headlight itself. I used some liquid rubbing compound , as opposed to a kit, and the improvement was dramatic.
It was after I changed out the headlights and saw the dramatic improvement that I decided to do the other lights. I even pulled the heater control panel face and replaced those. A whole new look.....
These LEDs are all pretty inexpensive.

Love it. Beautiful. I have one with 325k miles. The clutch is worn and it bounces with the slightest bump but I still love her 😁

wow. nice. hard to come by manual. Has everything but power windows/locks & bedliner. $25K might be worth it for sub 120K miles.

Too bad it has bench seats and no power windows... I wonder if it's really an SR5? Not surprised it has sold though: Very reliable truck.

Not an SR5 , the box is probably from an SR5 . I have a 5 speed SR5 with the bells and whistles and over 200,000k that I've owned for 17 years
