I think it's more a matter of what he runs into on a regular basis than one he fears more.
not gonna lie, I also fear this happening to me. It's not my biggest fear neither one of my greatest fears, but I always thought that it would be too bad if a girl who I'm not interested in fell in love with me, and I had to reject her. That's because, first, it would hurt the girl feelings(and she probably wouldn't accept to just being friends if that happened, or maybe yes, idk) And second, it would feel like an annoyance to me.
From what I can tell, Saiki’s biggest flaw is that he’s not assertive enough. He doesn’t speak up or put his foot down enough to say “NO” to others, and because of that, he gets swept up by the random flow of events that is his life. He can complain about his classmates all he wants, but in the end, it’s partially his fault too for not directly telling them to piss off.
