Zebra ZT410 and ZT420 label sensor cleaning part 2

Thanks for the video. It helped me remove the media sensor to remove a stuck label on a ZT410. Now that I have put everything back together, I'm getting "Head Open Close Head" error. Should I change the head open sensor? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

You may want to check inside the side cover for a sensor. Of course make sure the lever operating ok. They can break right at the handle. You can buy a replacement Printhead lever shaft. Or make a new handle .
