One thing that confuses me about this movie is the ages of all the dogs.
Buster and Angel were apparently in a relationship, with Buster being an adult and Angel being a prepubescent dog.
Angel and Scamp are together, but Angel is an adult and Scamp is a pup? Or are they both teens in human years?

It is fishy though that angel seems to be a perky young woman and her breed is obviously smaller dog and Scamp is a puppy but acts and sounds like a young adult..

My guess is Buster has kinda a superficial surrogate or defecto father-daughter relationship with Angel and she and Scamp are around the same age, teens ( maybe 13-15 if they were human ) and acted as such
I always thought buster and angel had a buddy tease relationship she's clearly the youngest of the junkyard dogs and obviously teached her to be a junkyard dog and buster teases her saying she's his girl and thinks she's playing along with him but in reality it annoys her
Buster is a pedo-dog.

This guest who is Angel is also Phoebe who was with Holly who was one of the main girls with that name like 🌪the funnel or pipe or tube. A funnel either like a tornado is shaped like or where you pour water into or funnel as a train or ship like what fell off the Titanic.
