Today I want to make something super easy, only needs 1 ingredient! yup only 1, it's macaroni. I never knew macaroni can be made into something like this. It looks like a pork crackling, very crispy, and you can add flavor, seasoning, or any dipping sauce you like. so here's the recipe :
100 gr macaroni
1 tsp salt + oil
I used spicy seasoning powder, you can add anything you like
tips :
sun dry until completely dry
when frying, it should be popping immediately after you put them into oil.
if it's not popping, then your oil must be not hot enough.
