Hi, thanks for the comparison. I have the G19 X and I love it just wish it was MOS. just curious how come you did not purchase the MOS version of the G45?
Nice vid. I also own both and love them both. The g45 finish is a bit more slippery than the g19x finish as a minor downside. Sure you know but forgot to mention are the maritime spring cups in the g19x...not super important but it is a differnence. Cool thing also is that one can swap the slides for variation and stylepoints without any problems. One could not go wrong with either of them though. Ps: I sanded the lip on my g19x off...recommended and simple mod.
I didn’t forget the maritime spring cups, I just figured very few people, myself included, would care either way about them. I’ve been thinking of sanding off the lip on the 19X as well. I might do a video of that.
This guys gets most stuff pretty close but he’s definitely not right about everything. Especially when it comes to the rifling. It’s still polygonal the only difference is the new crown and the spring cups are different. Not the best video if you are looking for information

5J Tactical Reviews I took a Dremel to the 19X lip so it could accept all versions of the 17rd magazines. Removed the lanyard loop, too :-)

Reversible safety?? Also, you didn’t mention anything about the triggers. A lot of people say the trigger is a little better on the 45 then 19x.
The trigger feels exactly the same to me.
