Wow, that’s an early car as it’s got ‘oyster’ door mirrors and chrome trim on the B pillar and black boot panel!

This is oneof my top 3 favourite cars, I just love the looks and the V12. I would take one for free and spend my life making it work. You have a real gem. I wouldn't change much but your plans sound really interesting. Please show it when you're done.

I would leave the V12 engine in there and buy the guy the V12 engine that is for sale on eBay. This early XJ-S is worth a lot more with the original engine once it is running. And it does not take much to get over 300 hp out of the V12 engine.
