#Classical #Piano #Quiz #GuessTheMusic - Hudba
I’m disappointed in the lack of views. This is a goldmine of info! I always want to know the names of classical pieces, but how are you supposed to find them when all you know is the tune! Also I’m quite proud of being able to recognize several of these. Nice job!
same
Me who knows nothing about classical music: "Interesting choices... Yes."
My favourite is number 7 because I feel like I could play it
LoliloL
@@thatcrazylilmonkey No. I mean favourite :)
@@thatcrazylilmonkey they could be from europe, which a lot of english spelling of words are a little different. Color/Colour, Favorite/Favourite, etc. the US isn't the only country in the world, you know.
@@apianbelle1343 americans don't know that tho
You weren't kidding when you said hard. I consider myself an avid classical music lover and I got 7. I got:
Rage over a lost penny, Beethoven
Hammerklavier Sonata 2nd movement, Beethoven
Mozart Sonata no. 2 1st movement
Alkan symphonie for solo piano
Chopin 2nd Sonata final movement,
Schumann Kinderszenen
Liszt Paganini etude no. 6
u could have gotten more if it wasn't a shitty midi with no dynamics, anyways nice done, half of them are normal, but nice
Yeah it was pretty hard and a lot I knew but just couldn’t remember the title in time
@@AsrielKujo everything sounds like they are from the classical period when its like this lmao
@@EntelSidious_gamzeylmz yeah xD
That is not the Hammerklaviersonata. It’s the sonata before 3rd movement after the march
I got mozart sonata 2, rage over a lost penny, chopin sonata, liszt etude, hammerklaiver and Hungarian rhapsody 15.. this was very hard lol
I got 0/30!!!
Wow was this hard!
I only got four:
Beethoven: Rage Over A Lost Penny
Debussy: Passepied
Satie: Gnossienne No. 3
Paganini Caprice No. 24
The last one is liszt's arrangement is it's called Paganini etude no. 6. Caprice is violin solo.
Instead of guess the song, it’s more like guess the composer
i got 2 Chopin's piano sonata 2 4th movement and Liszt-Pagannini etude 6
1:39 Well I guessed Mahler 5 and I think I'm not alone
lol
I Guess 18/30 (they were really difficult, I struggled a lot but I was sure I already knew)
I recognized Paganini even though it was Lizst's arrangement. Otherwise I was content to guess the composer, Chopin was always a good bet.
I identified 5 only. I began listening to classical pieces in 2017 and am currently taking my DipABRSM.
4. Beethoven - Rage over a lost penny
9. Debussy - Passepied
19. Chopin Nocturne in C# Minor Op27 no.1
20. Schumann - Kinderszenen
26.Liszt Paganini Grande Études no.6
etude no 6 had to be troll right?
@@officialmozart Not rlly. This etude 6 and etude 3 in Liszt Paganini s141 work is one of the most famous of Liszt works.
A number of pieces from liszt s139 études like mazeppa and feux follet are quite famous as well, at least with amateur and virtuoso classical musicians.
I got 7 :
rage over a lost penny
passepied
gnossienne no 3
Chopin sonata no 2 4th movement
Alkan symphony 4th movement
Liszt s.141 no.6
Rakoczy march
The ONLY ones I got was Debussy's Passepied and Paganini/Liszt etude no. 6
Pls do very hard edition, and add more Prokofiev, Scriabin and Rachmaninoff

Wow all of them sound great
I guessed all chopin pieces , liszt rhapsody 15 and paganini etude , satie and scriabin sonata 5
I got Debussy Passepied and Liszt Paganini and thaaaaats it
Literally same
Hard but fun. Been studying the piano and going to recitals for years and I got 6. Please do another.
I got better than half right. Alkan , Liszt and a couple others I'd never heard before. And the flat tempo/electric tone didn't help on some I know backwards but took longer than one bar for me to figure out. People guess? How do you do that? For me music recognitions like facial recognition. Either you know the work or you know the composer well enough to know who if not which....Nice way to pass a few minutes....
Excelente
Got 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, 25, 26, 28,
For 8, knew it was Bach Goldberg, didn't know which variation
For 16, near the end, I knew it was something from the nutcracker. (not one of the famous parts) Just didn't know what.
For 20, I knew it was the opening number of Kindersenzen, but I forgot the title.
For 21, I knew it was Brahms op 116 no 6, but I didn't know it was an Intermezzo.
Knew the composer by style for no. 3 and 30 (I knew it was Liszt from the octaves)
Fucked up on the others (7, 11, 13, 17, 22 (I do know how Etincelles starts), 23, 24 (but it sounded kinda familiar), 27 (Even though it was familiar. I thought it was Brahms.), 29)
I got 23/30, never heard of the Borodin before…
I got six correct.
3. Mozart Sonata 17. I have the full album of Mozart Sonata. While listening to it I’d even know how much time pass since I start remember how long each movement from each sonata are.
4. Rage Over a Lost Penny. I’d say this one is actually pretty famous.
10. Mozart Somata 2.
19. Chopin Nocturne. When I just started playing Chopin I go through all of his Nocturne, Waltz and a few other trying to find piece that looks easy enough for me to try. This is one of the candidate that I tried it out from that time.
26. Liszt Etude. This is probably the most famous piece in this video. Every pianist and violinist probably recognize it immediately.
29. Hammerklavier. I was thinking how a violin solo of this piece would play just before clicking on the video. I was thinking about mov.1 tho.
I really should have gotten 15 (Chopin Sonata) and 24 (Beethoven Sonata) as well. My brain seems to got short circuit and I couldn’t got it in time. I also know 28 (Screbin) but don’t know the name of the piece. It’s the piece my piano teacher listened to so I remembered it.
I got 7 out of 10 ! the Liszt one was very short and sneaky!
I knew:
Beethoven rage over a lost penny
Bach Goldberg variation no 26
Bach WTC fugue no 5 book 2 but I didnt know the specific name
Liszt/paganini etude.
That was REALLY HARD
This is what I got, I sucked 😅
2. Haydn sonata hob35 3rd mov
3. Mozart sonata k570 2nd mov.
4. Beethoven rage over a lost penny
5. Tchaikovsky august from the seasons
6. Mendelssohn song without words (forgot op number)
8. Bach Goldberg variation (forgot which variation)
9. Debussy passepied
10. Mozart sonata in F k280 1st mov.
14. Bach WTC 2 fugue in C sharp major
15. Chopin sonata no2 4th mov.
19. Chopin nocturne op27 no1 in C sharp minor
20. Schumann op.15 no.1 scene from childhood
21. Brahms op.116 forgot number
26. Liszt Paganini etude no.6
29. Beethoven hammerklavier
15/30 bare pass 😅
I could only get these 5
4. Beethoven - Rage Over a Lost Penny
11. Clementi - Sonatina in G Mvt. 2
18. Mendelssohn - Violin Concerto Mvt. 2
26. Liszt - Paganini Etude No. 6
29. Beethoven - Hammerklavier Sonata Mvt. 2
This actually was hard I only knew like 4 and I love classic music
I only got 2.
Grande
I literally just wanted to listen to the music but not guessing them because I could not guess most of them unless Chopin
Good idea but really bad choice of pieces not quite representative of piano pieces and composers. What is Mendelssohn violin concerto doing here? 2 extracts by Alkan out of 30??? But no Ravel, Fauré, Poulenc, Albeniz, Granados etc etc etc...
The pieces… I got like 2 😅 but I could guess a lot of the composers so I’m still proud of myself 😂
i got 13/30, it was a lot harder then i thought it would be ngl
29/30, i don't listen to haydn because he is boring, i missed the second one
Yes bro aras kargo
I literally got like none of the Classical era composers + Schubert, Schumann etc
I got 9. I mostly only listen to classical, and this kinda hurt to not get more than I did. this is really difficult >
I guessed none of them 😆 I was only able to identify 5/6 but I didn't know the names 🤣🤣
me on number 3:
uh... minecraft?
Damn! I really yhougt it would be easy be no no
welcome to another edition of: BRO I SWEAR I KNOW IT I JUST DONT K OE THE NAME AGHHHHH!!!
2, rage over lost penny (“I’m learning it currently), and Paganini etude no 6, (my favorite piece) the rest is better
13/30
please upload whole the scriabin sonata 🙏🙏
I Guess 3/30
I only got 2 in the time but I recognised more. Kicking myself for not getting them.
damn that is hard
i got 6:
the haydn sonata
rage over a lost penny
goldberg
chopin sonata 2
paganini etude
scriabin sonata 5
only got three right scriabin sonata no 5, moszkowi etncelles, and lizt paggni etude 6. I just listen to no Mozart Bach batoven or Shubert
Got number four and for most I only got the composer
can you please do HOB XVl:37? (20% speed) I would appreciate it very much. :(
I got rage over a lost penny
The chopin nocturne
Alkan
and Liszt etude 6
Got around 9 lol
I automatically knew the first one was Chopin even though I never heard that piece before
Just Rondo a capriccio and Childhood scene no. 1 - because I played them 🤣
i know the fourth one from Adagio
I got only the Chopin's Sonata no2 Finale
Got 8
I only recognized Rondo à Capriccio 🧐
Really should have believed the title when it said this would be hard.
I know 3 of them
Damn this really was hard, I only got 11
5/30 ;_;
I got 8
i gguessed 2
I though I was a classical pianist... until I watched this
GUYS I GOT 0/50 IM SO PROUD
0:01 Fur Elise 😎
Alkan quando muore /godo
Borodin cry about it
66.6K subs uh oh
I was able to guess the composers who wrote every piece so that counts I guess
1/30
I got 2..
Wtf I'm studying piano and I only recognized 4
I'm the best, because i guess 0/30!!!
@Aldrown Pandaraparambil Martin Sorry
F
Got all Liszt, Alkan, Bach, Scriabin and Satie, also the first Beethoven piece along with Hammerklavier 2nd movement (my favorite btw)
I think 15. Very good set!
i only know 3 lmao
I only got 2 lmao
30
Calling BS
5. ,9. ,12. ,21. ,23. ,24. ,25. ,
7/30 :(
Don't be sad, I only got 2/30.
@Кирилл Михалицын At least your tried :)
Clementi doesn't belong here . His studies almost gave me a nervous breakdown as a piano student.
And who disliked this
Do Friday night Funkin in your next video…
Too easy
How many did I guess right?
Only 1. lol
I did not get any of the songs, but I got the composer right a couple of times. BTW, song #4 sounded more like Mozart's style than the preceding song did.
I’m a classical musican and I only got 5:
Song Without Words, Violin Concerto in E minor, Passepied, Liszt Etude 6 (24th Caprice), and Rage Over a Lost Penny
4 (Rage over a lost penny) and 19(Chopin nocturne).
I just didn't remember the number or opus of that nocturne.
And also the nocturne was almost impossible to recognise because of the severely diminished speed. I could make it through only because I'm a regular listener of Chopin Nocturnes.
I got 5. The Beethoven, goldberg, gnossienne 3, paganini etude and the chopin sonata!
-Classical after 1880 doesn't exists
-Schubert doesn't exists
-Your musical taste is garbage
This is the classical genre, not the classical era alone. The genre includes the baroque, romantic, and 20th century periods as well, so yeah. About the other two, I really can't tell if you're joking or not.
I got 10:
1. Chopin Prelude
4. Beethoven Rage over a lost Penny
9. Debussy Suite Bergmanesque
12. Satie Gnossiene
15. Chopin Sonata 2 Mvt. 4
19. Chopin Nocturne
23. Alkan
26. Liszt Paganini Etude 6
29. Beethoven Sonata
30. Liszt
This is very pathetic
