  • Be kind to yourself with this 10 minute guided meditation. Self acceptance is an important part of mental health. It is a process of understanding one's own worth, and coming to terms with what is different about oneself. Self-love is one of the most important traits that we should have. It is a form of self-care that involves treating yourself with the same love and respect as you would treat all other people.
    Self-love is not about being selfish but about taking care of yourself and being your own best friend. The word 'self' in self-love means that you are caring for your needs, not somebody else's.

    Thank you so much for this ! The topic of self love is very sensitive for me and it always makes me cry. I think that's a sign that the meditation is working on a very deep level, and the feeling afterwards is just marvelous

      @@nastiushha I'm exactly the same, I'm a 2 life path Libra and so im an ultra sensitive and need everyone to like me which comes from low self worth, this meditation made me tear up and also feel SO AMAZING!!!

    Thank you ❤ 🎉so much my glorious guided family. ❤ This was my favorite guided practice. Boy it does feel awesome to make time for yourself. I felt stressed before I did this guided meditation. Now I feel a load that was taking off of me. Each time ⏲ I do these guided practice it shows me something new and the weight on my shoulders are released. Don’t think of crying as a sign of weakness, think of it as just cleansing your heart from all the negative thoughts and unhealthy emotions not doing u any good. Your tears are very beautiful and it’s through our tears that we find a better path in our journey of self discovery, self love, self worth and self acceptance. Let them fall, they are only tears. Being sensitive is a very beautiful gift to have.
