- Be kind to yourself with this 10 minute guided meditation. Self acceptance is an important part of mental health. It is a process of understanding one's own worth, and coming to terms with what is different about oneself. Self-love is one of the most important traits that we should have. It is a form of self-care that involves treating yourself with the same love and respect as you would treat all other people.
Self-love is not about being selfish but about taking care of yourself and being your own best friend. The word 'self' in self-love means that you are caring for your needs, not somebody else's. - Zábava
