I broke down and was crying through most of the meditation because this is exactly what I needed to hear during this rough patch of transition in my life. So much as this experience In This moment that I had my exception to return to guided meditation when I chose this one in particularly I had remember through my past Experiences of great meditation nothing seemed to change but realizing how much better and refreshingly and new it felt at the end it was very rewarding. I've been dealing with a lot on anxiety and a close friend suggested i look up some meditation practices. This was the first video i saw. I'm glad it was. I started crying almost immediately. But not a sad one. It felt relieving. Thank you
