It's from all over Sweden, mostly around the southern parts around lake Vättern! If you google the names of the videos on the channel you might find where they took place.

I'm sure there are lonely sections along the course with no spectators, so if a car crashes in one of those, are other drivers always mentally prepared to see a wrecked car as they fly around a corner?

I love the fact that they run in and try and help but I never see anyone carrying a fire extinguisher I never see anyone carrying any type of medical kit what if someone is in serious trouble what are you going to do
One of my favorite things about rally, if someone crashes, you automatically become the mechanic

Usually at least one minute between each starting vehicle.
1-5 min depends if a faster class comes after a slower class
