hi Kay and thank you for all the hard work you do to help people such as myself! I'm hoping that you can help me..does a person with disability have less rights than a criminal? because even a criminal has the right to be told why they are being arrested and what they are being charged with and also is innocent until proven guilty! yet me a person with disabilities have been cut off from my pension with no notice or explanation as to why, other then that "my file" was under investigation and that I need to comply to their demands! which so far were to produce bank statements from 2 different banks that I don't have accounts with so I had to go to each bank and ask them to give me some sort of documentation stating that I don't hold any accounts or assets with them. when I brought the documents into the office I asked how long it was going to take because my rent was due on the 20th and my cat and I will be homeless unless I can give my landlords something! and was told once again that " my file" was under investigation and that I need to comply to their demands! when asked what I was being investigated for and how long the investigation will take I was given no reason or deadline and told again that "my file" was being investigated and I need to wait for them to review the documents that I brought in and they will contact me with any further demands maybe within the next few weeks!
