The recaps are great, they set you apart from the others because no one does them the way you do, or at all. Especially with baby Jeebus in the back ground holding up a sheet or whatever on the window. That was gold.
Loved the recap...but you forgot to mention the drawing by Cedric Wentworth. The bronze statue is near the waterfront in Oakland. Probably not worth much, but could be. The value in it would be related to the subject of the drawing, author Jack London and the fact that it is by the artist that created the bronze statue.

The best part
That Wentworth is probably worth a few thousand US dollars. Not only is he a well known artist, but especially considering the subject of the drawing; it’s a an original drawing of the famous American naturalist and author John “Jack” London, who wrote The Call Of The Wild and White Fang. It’s a great find. Also, some vintage electronics, like that SonyWalkman, are highly collectible now. People will pay money, sometimes a lot of money, for nostalgia of their youth. It’s why the vintage cassette tape collecting market is so hot right now. But tape players are not widely made anymore; so you can’t listen to those cassettes UNLESS you have vintage electronics to play them through. If only people were selling vintage Walkmans🤔😂

@@michellemack6640 - I was thinking the same thing. I have one that belonged to my grandmother who died in 1954. It was handpainted by her and I treasure it. I adored her and she died when I was 7 from cancer. Mom used to cut the crust off sandwiches and cut them in little squares or triangles and serve them on the tiered plates. We'd have a tea party. Happy memories!

I have that exact bible on my bookshelf right now. It’s got a section to fill out family tree and important family history events. My family isn’t religious but we still had this bible, a lot of families did. It was a popular wedding gift in the 60s and 70s.

Re the need for a sun blocking curtain, go to a store that sells curtain rods. If no holes are allowed there is a kind that is referred to a tension rods. Ask an employee, add a sun blocking cloth and tadaaaa! It will also keep out the heat😎

The things that appear to be silver may EPNS or Electro Plated Nickel Silver. Obviously not real silver but plated. Don't clean them too hard or you may take the silver plating off them.

It is not a sketch of Jack London, it is a sketch used for a book or short story... I'm literally digging through all my books to place it, I have been a fan since I was in 3rd grade..own almost every story.
I think it is definitely a original sketch...I cannot find it in anything I own, but you have to understand how many short stories he wrote for magazines is amazing. So it more then likely was drawing for one.
Photos of landscapes I would keep since us humans keep destroying nature they will be valuable in the future.

How do you go from being a millionaire eight years ago, to losing a storage unit?? MY question is ... why does a millionaire need a storage unit to begin with?????
Some millionaires have wives that are neat freaks so they get a storage unit to reduce clutter and they end up forgetting about it and that's how they lose it just forget caring about the stuff
The unit payment could simply be overlooked. I worked in a bank years ago and wealthy people had a sense of entitlement and often didn't pay their mortgages or safe deposit box payments. We had to sent notices to them frequently.
A net worth of over a million dollars is NOT that uncommon. Most home owners in southern california have 3/4 million dollar homes. That's barely middle class in certain parts of the country.
