  • David Hillson offers three answers to this question. Risk management matters for projects because:
    (1) All projects are risky
    (2) Risks are inseparably linked to project objectives
    (3) Risk management is directly correlated with project success

Ability to understand risk management methodologies can save lives, money, and valuable things we may not determine in the early stages. Your videos are amazing Dr. David, I am in studying some cybersecurity courses, and ultimately when I found your channel, I found a massive of information to go! Thank you Dr. David

Amazing. Unfortunately not so many people understand that. At the moment I am reading ‘Understanding and managing Risk attitude’. It is a very interesting and useful book. Thanks a lot for a great work.

Hi Vlad. I'm glad you're enjoying the book on risk attitude. You might also like my new book "Making Risky & Important Decisions", which builds on that earlier book. It's due to be published in June. Check out www.making-decisions.com for details.
