What a gem. I knew their previous album (Northland, released in 2010), but, to be honest, it hasn't became a favorite of mine. This one, on the other hand, already is :). Mediterranean metal bands have a specific tone different from that of their northern counterparts, and although I prefer the more harsh and primeval sound of norwegian, islandic and, above all, finnish bands :), these norsemen from Spain did a really great job. :)

Well, OK, everyone has a taste, for me personally, this is the best damn album without any doubts. It's 100% melodic, 100% folk, 100% death and 100% metal. The best combination that can be, created by such outstanding artists!

Funny thing is i'm writing a novel, which is called 'Noordland' in my language. Translated that is 'Northland'. While doing so i often listen to this kind of metal music. My surprise was big when i realised there is this awesome band with the same name as my novel.... 550 pages done, about 100 to go ;)
