I just want to say thank you for sharing your knowledge. I just replaced mine without taking the airbox or the battery base. It was with your knowledge and God's help I was able to accomplish this task. Thank you, thank you for your help. I saved a trip to the mechanic and $350 in labor. May God continues to bless you and your family. Keep enjoying what you're doing and keep helping those who have no mechanic experience at all (Like me)

Thank you for doing this video. Spot on instructions and attention to detail is very appreciated. I like that you call out the size of tools to use and what works and what does not. I used a mini ratchet with a 10mm socket to get the sensor untightened and out. My daughters Kia didn't have the wire on the sensor so it was super easy to get out and replace. Thanks again!!! You saved over $300 in labor charges she was quoted from KIA to replace this part. CHEERS

Thanks for posting this video. I had to take mine to the shop as I was traveling on business at the time and had no tools with me. Just one thing that I learned that I wanted to share. There are small round magnets that you can put in the bottom of the socket to hold bolts in place on reassembly. Real knuckle saver and potty mouth deterent. Also, Harbor Freight runs sales on telescopic magnets. Only trouble with them is they want to grab onto ever metal piece under the hood. Thanks again for posting

Thanks so much for posting this video! I just replaced the sensor in my wife's car last night & after watching your video had it done in under an hour, it runs 100% better, & appears to have fixed the intermittent stalling & no start conditions she was experiencing, all for $40!

Thank you very much. Nobody got this right in every damned video I watched. My Sorento EX is a 2013 and your common sense approach worked well for me. All the tech readers said to take it to Kia for what would surely be a thorough IRS type audit into my financial information.

I just changed my sensor on 2015 Kia 3.3L, exact location. He is absolutely correct no need to remove the Air filter box, also the battery tray can stay in place. I had to remove the battery. Only one suggestion, get good lighting.
Thanks for the video info, is was excellent.

Thanks for referencing how to find the sensor. A lot of diy mechanics don't show that.

Thank you for this video. I am having the same issue with my Kia Sportage 2014. The mechanic who inspected the vehicle said the error code read oxygen sensor and Crankshaft position sensor. I have ordered parts online and awaiting shipment from korea.
Your video has given me an insight of what labour effort is required for the replacement. Thanks :)

Good video, well done, however, "Made in China" ... good luck! Would have been better off ordering replacement mfg. by MANDO the Kia OEM supplier for this part made in Korea for a lot less $$.

Why does every single mechanical video they show you everything to do but the one thing they don’t show you which in this video is just on doing that white clip is probably the hardest fucking thing to do and you don’t actually show how you do it it’s already off, so I don’t know how hard to pull want to push after I walk the big white piece up. Lol thanks anyway.
