Flagg was only in 7-8 Episodes, but he made an impact.
I'm glad that there are so many people out there enjoying this masterpiece with me.
“Army intelligence?” “That’s a contradiction in terms.”
I remember just after the final episode of M*A*S*H they had a follow up show with the cast and I remember hearing that the C.I.A. wished that they more guys like Colonel Flagg…..WOW!!!!😱😱😱😱
Once Hawk & Eastwood are gone, I'll be
lost looking for - God knows what.
Henry is one of my most favorite characters. I wish he’d stayed longer. I like Potter too, but nowhere near as much as Henry.
Flagg is one of my favorite recurring characters. I wish he’d been in a few more episodes, especially after Charles came along.
Radar: How did you get in here? Fr. Mauchayee: Not from Above .... LOLOLOL
They picked out - Pure Classics - nobody can deny that.
My favorite Henry line is "I'm slowly losing my mind"
I have THREE Henry Blake lines:
#1- HI THERE AND HOW ARE YOU TODAY.
#2- I'M NOT SLEEPING;.I'M INSPECTING THE INSIDES OF MY EYELIDS.
#3- ONE DISASTER AT A TIME.
The last one I've used while I was working. My co-workers thought I HAD LOST MY MIND.
My favorite line is still ..."BOOM"
A
I always loved to watch Colonel Flagg. His antics were close to the real military SOP (it seemed that the higher in rank you went the more stupid you had to be).
An interesting note is that the hometowns of McLean Stevenson (Col Blake) and David Ogden Stiers (Major Charles Emerson Winchester III) were actually within 30 miles of each other.
Brilliant, magnificent, irreplaceable Alan 💖
Wonderfully put together video. Thank you.
Edward Winter as Flagg was like the precursor to Patrick Warburton.
I must admit i cant remember Col Flagg haha, but i loved that show :)
Hope you'll present a Sidney compilation.
He is scheduled for part 4 along with Frank Burns!!
@@3Brew thank you for your reply !
Klinger had to work at being a nut. Flagg did it naturally...
After Henry said “ I gotta go to the sandbox”, he added “ I’d give somebody five bucks to go to the latrine for me.”
The seasons with Henry Blake were the best of the series.
Never noticed flag got promoted to bird Colonel.
Blake was written out over a dispute about the latrines. They wrote him off by killing him.
Aw, you cut off my favorite line of the entire series: Hawkeye (after the stuff about Flagg hurting himself a lot): "If there were more men like you, there'd be less men like you."
😊
All right, hands up: Who else had crushes on both Blake and Flagg?
Henry and Trapper were hilarious! McLean and Wayne both made a huge mistake by leaving after only three seasons. I never cared for their replacements.
B. J. was definitely not as funny as Trapper but I do believe that Potter was the best damn character added to the show
Keely and emma and emma and lauren are not gonna be police officers and nor is claire but they are gonna be in mash thanks.
