  • Transformative Mediation is my preferred method of resolving conflicts generally, especially workplace disputes. Why?
    1. The process is non-adversarial, explorative, and restorative.
    2. As it's label suggests, it can transform the relationship in conflict.
    3. It costs far less in time, money, and energy than litigation.
