Hi 👋! Fairly new here! I’ve seen a few of Cyndi’s videos! This is really great and I imagine I’ll watch several times!
I am brand new as a travel agent and to the travel industry. Would you say as a business is it better to have a Facebook Page or better to set up a Facebook Profile (I am looking to do more on FB then on Instagram as that’s what I know and where most of my contacts are!) appreciate any advice you can offer!

What a wonderful question - a profile on Facebook is really for personal use! You'll want a page for sure AND you'll want a Group! Meta prioritizes group content - plus FB Groups make great lead generation tools (you can ask for their email address), and you know they are warmer leads! I would also recommend just connecting a FB Page to a professional Instagram account and cross posting your content! This will give you platform presence on both! Thanks for watching! xoxo, Kelli
