    It’s all about the lower body, at-least for the next 20 minutes! This low impact workout will target the booty, hamstrings, calves, quads, and a little bit of core. You will feel the burn in no time! You will need a stable chair for equipment (or you can always balance against a wall). Remember, as an option you can always reduce the range of motion with each exercise. Happy Barre’ing my friends!

    Would love to see more barre videos around 20-35 minutes in length so I can fit them into my day but have some variety. Really enjoyed this one!

    I’m quad dominant, so I have a horrible time actually feeling my glutes. Squats, RDLs, thrusts, working with a trainer - nothing works. But barre does… I come back to this video over and over! ❤

    So I picked this workout to be a fun barre exercise today....had NO idea what was coming hah! This was amazing!!!!!!! I usually do pilates and hiit and I guess it has been getting a bit boring and my body has gotten used to it. Let me tell you...I was not prepared for this one today. It hurt so good! I am so excited to start doing your workouts. Thanks for making this all available to us!

    My glutes hurt SO bad for 3 days. 😭😂 Awesome workout! I added 2 lb ankle weights for a little extra.

    Loved this workout! I love that you do all the exercises on one leg before switching to maximise that burn 🔥❤️it's just too easy when you keep switching legs and resting. I can only fit in 20 min workouts do this is ideal.

    I always feel like I am going to give up, but you have to switch so quickly I forget the pain. I think this will finally help shed off those last few pounds. Great workouts!

      Not necessarily. Your standing leg is stabilizing your body throughout the movement so you will feel it there as well. We do however want to feel it in the other leg as well. What was the exercise you weren’t feeling? (I do want to add that the tempo may be a factor here as well. I’m moving to the beat of the music with this workout, which may be too fast/quick for some. Sometimes slowing down the movement and squeezing the intended muscle group will make a huge difference)

    This is really not a lower body workout, it’s just 25 minutes of butt exercise. No quads or hamstrings at all

      First position plies - quads, calves, hammies, glutes
      Unilateral leg work- glutes and hammie on the moving leg, standing leg- quads, hammies, calves, glutes, and core to stabilize.
