He oftenprepares red meat way too rare for me and uses strange seasonings i would never eat but i still like his shows.

He cracks me up. Most of the cuts of meat are downright burnt. Not for the average guy. You would have to take out a second mortgage to afford the cuts of meat and Equipment he uses.
Same recipes boring and lousy food!!
