    With a few magical strokes you have made waves! Such light touches to your painting and then mountains, rocks and waves appear! I only wonder how you get so much paint on your shirt! 🌊

    14:01: "Now with a big picture like this it's really easy to kind of get caught up in detail and things too soon, so I'm going to walk away from it in a second"...(keeps painting) LOL I love this painting I want to do this! All I've ever wanted to do is paint waves and create big ocean scenes. Thank you Mark. New subscriber! 😁

    Love your painting tutorials, Mark. The paint brush you are using here could you please give some information as to size and material, please. I would love to buy the Micador brushes but shipping to US is rather high. You seem to use a flat brush that is stiff because you can hear it against the canvas as you paint. I would think that a synthetic brush would be softer and not make that sound against the canvas. Thank you!!

    • @ExploreAcrylics
      @ExploreAcrylics  Před 3 lety +1

      Hi, they are fairly cheap synthetic brushes, flats - that's my finger you can hear rubbing against the canvas :D

    Hubby and I are doing a driving holiday from outer east Melbourne to Townsville sept/October….. are you still teaching classes in painting?

    • @ExploreAcrylics
      @ExploreAcrylics  Před rokem

      I generally do several workshops a year, however at that time I will be in between workshops (Esk in August and November in Fiji). I don't do any regular painting classes any more. You are welcome to call into the gallery on your way and if I'm there I would love to say hi! Alternatively we could arrange for a private class if that's something you're interested in let me know.

    Mark, I forgot to ask you about your Atelier Flow paints when I visited your gallery. Where do you buy them from, as nobody on the GC has them in stock. I have the interactive paints, but wanted to stay to Flow for large areas.
