Hello thank you for making this video I do not paint on chanvis instead I paint miniatures for tabletop gaming. I have wanted to do this effect on a miniature for a while and didnt know where to begin. This has given me a starting point to practice the tenique. Any advice or recomendations on how you would paint this on a 3d model.

Yet another person this week told me to grow up. Haha. I pay the bills, I try to do the right thing but I grew up too fast as a child and had my childhood in a way given back to me when I had kids. Now I’m a way past grown up kid. My message is don’t grow up except when you absolutely have to. Life is good.

As I watch you create, I can tell you are painting your vision in your mind as to what you want it to look like. It’s much harder for we observers because we are mostly following you blindly not knowing where you are in your mind. I can’t wait until I am able to even come close to seeing it in my mind. Thank you for this unique way of building a seashore.

My brushes don’t seem to have as much paint in them. I must not be getting the most out of my brush strokes. Maybe my brush is too small, too. I love the pebbles! But my arm will be sore later!
