Phone Glass ONLY Screen Replacement - I FAILED!

What’s up guys, Joe here. Today I’m working on something that everyone has been asking for… Replacing just the glass on a phone screen. *WARNING* I wasn’t able to finish the repair after 2 attempts!
My test subject is an iPhone XR. iPhones generally have the easiest screens for separation, but this still won’t be easy. Let’s try to do this repair!

Im a phone repair tech and Apple makes repairing their iPhones literally impossible ..even with the right tools. They do this so that you HAVE to send them to Apple and pay more money. My shop no longer repairs iPhones. we do Android phones only, but we still repair MacBooks and iPads.

Yeah apple has been fighting right to repair for a long time. It’s frustrating. Apple is about all we worked on when I was in the repair business. Once we got into androids life was much better lol.

not just proper tools also proper knowlege..you have no clue how fragile the lcd is
