    We had preparer this dosa for today's breakfast and the taste was amazing.It was so crispy from outside and soft from inside.This is one of the best dosas i have ever had.

    I tried the recipe, exactly like you said. It came out dense and doesn't melt in the mouth. Am i doing something wrong.
    Edit: I added a little more water to my batter and now it tastes a little better, still not even close to the mylari dosa.

      It was also firmented well.
      It is good as a normal dosa. Buy not the same as mylari dosa

      Try chiroti rawa instead of maida grind it and use

      Mylari dosa will be very different. It will be crispy but melts in mouth.

      In this recipe, maida will give brown colour. If not, add a little sugar to the batter to get the nice brown colour.

      Anything tasty is not good for health 😢 once in a while it is ok . Also , the proportion of maida is very very less in the whole batter and each person will not eat more than 3 Dosa …so hardly 1/ 2 spoon of Maida would have gone into each person’s body , which is not very harmful . This is my opinion .
