The Banshee has to be on this list, when the mid drive speed-boost or "double-clutching" was first discovered it was in the Banshee and you could beat the T20 in a drag race if you were skilled at it. Also honourable mention to the Karin Futo. The OG drift car for all the Intial-D Fanboys.
The Zentorno is great. I’m a relatively new player in GTAO having only started a few years ago, but this was the first car I wanted in the game and the one I saved up all my low level dollars to buy.
I miss one of if not the most iconic military vehicle back then: *Insurgent Pickup Custom* You would always see 2-3 people driving that thing and go on a killing spree around the map! There's also the regular *Insurgent* which has been used along with the Zentorno for various _Sniper vs Car_ or _RPG vs Insurgent_
The good old days, when me and a friend would let each other win 50 races to buy all upgrades wich made my free elegy faster then the zentorno wich most players could not put all upgrades on. It was always a race when the OG heists came out or in contact missions to be the first on the spot
Been playing gta for 5,6 years now,got every car in game All im gonna say is that carbonizzare is one of my all time favourite cars in whole gta online and its og story mode car,its just so fun to drive
I think even tho its not a car, The Bati 801 should be included since its one of the fastest vehicles relative to its price. Also the og futo is very fun to drive and drift around and it only costs like 15k and it has tons of customization added to it. I dont play GTAO anymore but u think they were both removed from websites which sucks but they were great relativley cheap options.
The elegy retro ain't OG. You could also list the Entity and the Osiris who were both rivals to the Zentorno and T20. Another car that I feel that is missing on this list is the Massacro which is still a superb car, even if it doesn't performs as good as new cars. The Buffalo and Buffalo S were great at their time as well, because you could carry 4 players and they were kinda quick back then, but it's a good list anyways
I have 3 Sandking XL's one normal 4 door taken from the streets when I used to farm rare / pre-modded cars for $'s and both rare versions of the Sandking XL.
Correction, I agree with every single one of these except for the bulletproof window plating of the Nightshark, these are barely bulletproof they are just cosmetic things on top of ur windows that prevent the occupants from using sticky bombs etc the Armored-Kuruma and the Kanjali are good for bulletproof the Nightshark and the MOC truck cab are best for homing launcher protection 🤣
The thing was, in OG GTA Online, the Adder wasn't even the top performing car (Not even highest top speed, Type Z) it was most common to find Entity's ripping around in super car matches just because they handled better
Just one small thing. The Adder was already outperformed in everything but top speed by the Entity XF before the Zentorno was added with the Adder only being 3 mph faster in terms of top speed. The Adder was never the best car to take for any race and I still don't get how people don't know about this. The Zentorno did outperform the XF when it was released both in terms of top speed and lap times, altough it's still around 2 mph slower than the Adder. All I want to point out is that the Zentorno shouldn't be compared to the Adder but rather the Entity XF, which back in the days before the Zentorno was the best car for Supercar races of any kind.
The 9F seems like your personal pick. Also a bit weird that the Adder isn't here. That was the Zentorno and T20 before the Zentorno and T20. You'd see it on many clickbait videos saying "THE FASTEST CAR IN THE GAME" or stuffs like that. It was the end goal of GTAO. The original Elegy RH8 is also worth mentioning too, even to this day.

My thoughts are you don't know what OG means, on this list only 2 vehicles are actually OG vehicles, the 9F and the Sandking, these were the only 2 in your list available at launch, the rest were released with DLC's down the track meaning they are NOT OG's. OG means original, if it's released with a DLC it's not part of the original game.
The Armored Kuruma is still a great car but like with many things in GTA Online, I´m just really tired of it. The performance is pretty mediocre, the looks not that great, the customisation not that great.... it´s long overdue that we get a replacement. I could just imagine how awsome a car like the Vigero would be with the same kind of bullet proof windows

SandKing XL was my 1st ever GTA50 car. Its the best choice for noobs. Because it is great off road and its also a good car for police chases as police cars have a hard time stopping the SandKingXL. It can drive over cop cars nice an clean its just very useful for new players multi reasons.. Ive still got my Original Samdking XL and i still use it to pvp tryhard noobs lol.

The regular *Insurgent* may not have a mounted gun but I find it to be way better. It's a lot faster and rams through almost anything with ease.

Day ONE player here, I pull out the GUARDIAN pretty regular and I have a pretty decent R32 on Mag Blue TE's! Gets driven often, a long with the 190z!

At least expecting the Sultan or Sultan RS to show up and even though it’s not a car the Bati 801 was the go to bike when gta launched
Imo, stock Sultan is still fun to drive, it's not that fast, but handling and AWD are so enjoyable
