@@briannasaucedo4263 for cbd college no, its like applying at your forst year in college as a beginner because they will teach you everything you need to know from the start, ive seen that the schools that do accept prerequisites usually offer more classes to graduate with a BA so you can apply to administrative jobs vs just doing ultrasounds under an associates degree
I have a bachelors as well and planning to apply within this month but I think the only thing that is stressing me out is the loans 😅 Did you pay both the payment plan and the school loan at the same time?

Do you need to take general Ed before getting into this college or do they cover it in the modules? Since you transfer from another college and already had some courses token did you take less classes than other students at cvs?
It was crazy!! So I would go into clinical at 8-4:30pm And go to work at 5pm-1:30am (yes, the following day) & repeat ! When they switch my clinical schedule, I was every other week in the morning 8-4:30pm and the other week I was 2:30-11pm. For the weeks I was the afternoon shift at clinical I was working graveyard 🪦 or early month (5:00-1:30) I was burn out and did have to decrease my hrs to mentally be at clinical.

So I’m about to do my third application for the DMS program and they still require a video submission, with 4 questions like: Introduce yourself, why you chose sonography, availability and previous work/pro experience. I have done 2 video submissions already and haven’t been accepted and I think I did pretty well especially on the 2nd try but it’s like I don’t know what they want me to say? I already gave many reasons why I chose sonography and it seems like what I say isn’t good enough or something :/ what did you say? And i get that It’s competitive, but it just makes me wonder what are other applicants saying?? Because i don’t know what they want to hear or what is the perfect answer to them at this point and I don’t wanna give up!😩

Yes I wish someone should had told me about this career because you get paid good and you learn so much that if you want to advance you career in the medical field you can and it is a lot more easier because you know so much

Personally, I wouldn't recommend the CBD College DMS program. I won't get into detail about it; just don't waste your time trying to get into CBD. If you can, find other people who attended and ask their POV as well, not just one perspective. Not that I don't value Marien's opinion, but most of my classmates were frustrated with the program and its professors. The critics are the ones you want to listen to, in order to get the real picture, not just the ones who praise the program. I don't know about Marien's personal feelings toward the program, since I didn't watch what I'm sure was an informative video, but after reading such hopeful comments, I'm here to tell you it ain't that great. Look elsewhere for a decent (and organized) education on ultrasound, because you won't find it here. It's too late for me, but you can still save yourselves!

They will not take any outside classes because they want you to do everything there

Yes so to my understanding anything with lab it’s done in campus. So I would prepare to be driving to school.
