He may have walked away from it, but he'll probably be in extreme pain in 24 hours. Happens all the time with auto accidents without a 1/4 ton of steel landing on their neck.

Paralyzed. That injury could have been fatal. Injury at that point of the cervical region can cut the connection between the brain and all the vital organs. Thank God he's ok.I was really relieved.

There were a few sports that I stayed away from. This one, and bodybuilding. Both are dangerous. I kept doing other types of activities instead. My body type is like a powerlifter's, but I always saw my future ahead of time.😊
