I like the fuse in the cable as well as the power light at the OBD port. You will really like the history functions. The time saved when diagnosing is incredible. You should be able to save all info on the shops network wirelessly. That way all techs can store vehicle info.
Updates can come up a few times a year, you don't have to update it every time you can skip a few then do it when you need more coverage for new car models or functionality. Usually somewhere near $500 per update.
New vehicles have different software and the scanner needs to be updated to keep up with manufacturer changes. It can't be "cracked" to unlock new features because they don't know what those changes are going to be for new models.
@@AmesiesCorner ok. What im mostly wondering is... Someone must have a more updated version than mine, 14 ish. Say 19/20 and that update file is on a computer somewhere. Could i get that file and load it myself? I understand it has software that makes that difficult but..... Ive cracked many expensive programs for my PC that used usb sticks or internet access for approval. People always find a way.

One can pick this up, updated, for around $500 or so... These SnapOn’s are the best for MB..
That was the fun part about changing the keys
Hi there, do you know where is the option to regenerate def? Any instructions to use? Thanks and all best
Would you be able to use this with a 2013 Ducati panigale if I have the proper cables to connect to it
How much are software updates? Do you have to update every year and is it costly???
