    Trying to create new account as instructed, I keep getting an error that says "This field must be unique" even though the fields are unique. I can't tell which field the error is referring to. The only duplicate fields are "Password" and "Confirm Password". This is on iOS 14.4.2. I am waiting on a call back from tech support, so far over an hour and no response.

      That means you already setup the account. The app doesn’t really give an indication that the account was created. Try logging in with that same info on the main screen of the app

      Tech support had to set up an account over the phone to fix this for me. Now, on to the next thing that doesn't work on the app

    The Network Reset is stuck on NO and there is no way to reset my network to display the connection on my Wifi. It showed the first time then never again. I cut my breaker and tried everything and it just will not work.

    This is the sorriest, lamest, and most poorly designed app interface on all of the app stores in the history of apps. They wrote more advanced apps in the 1500's. Here is why: 1) Creating an account is confusing. The app doesn't recognize the user has created an account, thus forcing the user to think it didn't work and causing them to re-try. 2) Upon the prompting of renaming the device, it will not connect to the pool controller via 3G or wifi and repeatedly times out. 3) When navigating to user settings, it prompts the user to input the password even though "remember my password" was checked". Upon entering the correct password, the message "fields must be unique" prompts and no "settings" field is displayed. In other words, you cant get into settings. 4) It doesnt state only 2.4G is supported in the app. This means in order to figure this out, one must have the paper manual in their hands to figure out to not try to connect the panel to 5.0G wifi network. What is this?? The 80's? Who uses a paper manul while setting up an app? Id love to meet the person who decided "This is it. This is the app we will roll out. This is the one. This is perfect" and when I meet him, Id like to watch him try to use the app. And then Id like to slap him.
