World Cup 2014: Germany vs Argentina - Watching the Brazil Final Worldwide

  • The World Cup final was watched all over the world. In living rooms in Africa, pubs in Europe, friends came together in America and families watched in the Arab world. Kick Off! filmed people watching the World Cup final all over the globe. On a beach in New Zealand, a kiosk in Berlin, a taxi in Moscow and between tuna in the morning market in Tokyo.

      Philipp Wilmer ich hasse diese deutschen Leute, die immer so dringend von allen Ländern Respekt bekommen wollen. Geht es um deutsche, dann sind gleich 100tausende in den Kommentaren und fühlen sich so geehrt und sind so stolz auf sich. Ich hasse das einfach.

      @SpeederSiehtAlles Před 4 lety +447

      waze ich sehe ehrlichgesagt das Problem dahinter nicht. Dass sich die Leute geehrt fühlen ist doch nicht immer der Fall und mit einer Begründung, wie Philipp sie hier, in Kombination mit dem Video, gebracht hat, ist doch vollkommen legitim? Ich denke, viele Deutsche sind einfach sehr daran interessiert, was in der Welt über uns als Nation gedacht wird und das ist doch eher positiv als negativ?

      @@acw7998 Deutsche, wie auch ich, leiden unter der teils beschämenden Geschichte des Landes und das noch heute. Man wird die ganze Zeit mit sowas konfrontiert, von allen Seiten, auch wenn man selber nichts damit zu tun hatte und sein bestes gibt, dafür zu sorgen, dass sich diese düsteren Kapitel der Geschichte nicht wiederholt. Da kommt eben durchaus das Gefühl auf, man wird in der Welt immer noch von allen gehasst. Also: ist diese Sehnsucht so verwunderlich, gar verwerflich? Oder doch natürlich bzw. verständlich?

      Tarek Du laberst so einen Scheiß. Niemand, außer die älteren Generationen oder enorme dumme Menschen aus anderen Ländern konfrontieren einen damit. FAKT IST: Deutschland ist das Land des Egoismus und Neides. Niemand gönnt einem Reichen den Erfolg den er sich erarbeitet hat. Aus diesem Grund lieben es die Deutschen gelobt zu werden und immer gut da zustehen. EDIT: Deutsche wollen einfach ständig von anderen hören, dass sie es am besten machen, und dass sie die besten in etwas sind. I didn't know so many countries support germany all around the world!! It was really heartwarming for me as german and makes me wanna give something back to them. It feels like Germany is on a spotlight for so many people. To anyone reading this: Let's be a good next generation. Let's help each other.
