"A Window In Time" The Battle of Pilot Knob

I recorded this with a VHS camcorder in 1986. It was a very hard weekend of hiking around the battlefield with the gear. I also used an antique 8x10 view camera to take vintage images of the troops. Carrying that around gave me a true respect for the Brady Photographers and the Harper's Artists. Of course no one was killed in the re-enactment but I was nearly trampled by the Union Cavalry officer who got way too close. After getting a great close-up, I fell over into a patch of poison ivy. War wounds. I hope everyone likes the new post production work as an homage to Griffith and Burns.
