  • Movement-less exercise or less-movement exercise is good for the heart and spirit and soul and, well, just about everything in between. It gets the venous blood return necessary to keep your heart pumping a very long time because, well, there’s a return on investment! Dance a while and while you bounce ..ah dance..another bounce ..and then there’d be miles and miles of dance..bounce. Trampoline on the move, ay?
