Java Chip Frappuccino -
2 oz espresso / coffee of choice
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 oz of mocha
handful of chocolate chips
1 1/2 - 2 cups of ice
2 tbsp creme base
blend & top with whip cream and mocha drizzle.

What do you use for the cream base?
Mix sugar and water. It's an easy replacement
Xantham Gum mixture. She has a recipe in another video. Very easy and can be stored in fridge for up to a month.
@@purpleclaws202Unfortunately sugar & water is not a good replacement, theres no binder. Sefania has a Xantham gum mixture recipe that is super easy & can last in the fridge for a month. You can find Xantham in any grocery store baking aisle so makes it easy!
What is a cream base? Why is it used?.
Its used so the ice doesn't make the Frappuccino super chunky
