    wow... is that idler pulley really just riding on the screw like that??? not even a bushing or lubrication? Edit: nevermind, i looked up the part :) I only have the assembled version and i was a bit worried there for a minute

    Im having a problem where the top most lef tbearing (the side that has 2) it hits the bed end (the one in the front) and i can see that the bearing slightly bounces off the edge, like it wants to continue a few milimiters more, and then the Y-Axis test fails (i finished assembling it a few hours ago). Do you have any clues? I checked belt tension and even moved the bearings a few mm back and is still hitting the end and bouncing.
    All other tests pass OKAY, even in older firmware. Only problem is at the Y-Axis test with that particular problem.

      Just saw the log, all thest in y-axis returns 185-183 mm lenght and the last one, the one that fails, says 191 mm
