I change on my own since many years, & if a hissing sound ensues, then you must call your local dealer/agency...( they are supposed to be responsible) they will replace the bottle or replace the small black leaking gasket that 'hisses.' Also, refuse to accept an old & 'battered' cylinder ...the way the delivery guys throw & damage the empty bottles like a sack of potatoes... is shocking. Have it weighed when they deliver it. You missed the most important point. How to check the gas leakage while delivery. Ask the delivery boy to open the cap and then put some oil in the valve. If you see any bubble then it is already a leak cylinder. Change is ASAP
I did the same today and when the delivery guy came he started shouting that who told you to put so much oil inside to check 😅 it was smelling but he still kept saying there is no gas smell.
Tip no. 1 : Sprinkle some salt while sautéing. It helps to fry the onion (or anything you're sautéing) little faster. Tip no 2 : When you don't have time to soak dal. Then just Soak dal in warm water. It boosts the process Tip no 3 : If curry got too loose then just add little gram flour or corn flour

Best way and a safe way to check for a leak is to pour soapy water on the valve. Soap bubbles form if there is a leak.
