I think what needs to be recognized is the academic excellence of almost all of the schools you mentioned. You were clearly a good student and it should serve as a lesson for youngsters to take care of their grades AND baseball. You can and should do both.
Can you do a video explaining how or who determines who goes to A, AA, AAA, MLB from spring training ? Is it experience, skills, all players over 30 are AAA ?? Please

Sounds like that summer team was really good for recruiting. It shouldn't matter but I believe where you play is important or you won't get seen unless you just happen to be a well known top prospect. Popular Pvt or over public school. Most colleges or scouts just check out schools or travel teams known for baseball.

I grew up in NE Ohio, near Parma and your travel ball team. Of course, that was 100 years ago, way before travel ball. Also, I never knew you played for the Indians. How did you like NE Ohio in the summer. Pretty humid, huh?

You should tell us how wealthy your family was to pay for those multi state teams you played on. I have a talented kid but my pay (even with a good job) isnt enough for when he gets older to pay for him to be on an interstate travel team, just one that plays tourneys within an hour or two. I would love to put him on one that is filled with kids like him and better (prolly like your organization) but they (and probably yours) are too many spensives man.
