this is totally true. i learnt a lot from gurumann. the level of the information that he provided us 8-9 years ago , along with diet plan, correct form and exercises were no where to be found that too in hindi. he was the first guy who cleared all our doubts. thankyou gurumann sir

Es no Pata v nahi a carnivore diet ki a te carnivore diet ch good fats hi hundia a saturated fats are not bad for you if you're fit it's the transfats which are bad.

In Punjabi diet fibre is not Missing we all eat roti and sabji and it has most amount of fibre roti gives you soluble fibre which is great for bowl movement. He needs to learn first before educating
