Ah! My old Primary School Leavers Service song. I love Breakaway. It makes me feel young again. It reminds me of my Primary Schoolmates. I loved my Primary Schoolmates. They meant everything to me growing up and they still mean everything to me today. They gave me confidence, social skills, hope, they're my heroes, they're my idols, they're my inspirations, they're my role models, they helped me become sociable and outgoing, they got me into playing sports, exercising, disco's, dancing, fancy dress, etc and they helped me become cool, popular and socially accepted.
I love how respectful everyone is because they're not mobbing her, they're giving her space which allows her to interact with individuals rather than having to be surrounded by security fighting the crowd

And the difference between this one and 8/18 gives me more credence as to how much she is loved and why I love her so much after never thinking I’d be part of a fandom. If you look at this video, the amount of people wanting to hug or take a selfie is the saddest amount ever. Whereas on 8/18, everyone wanted one and even on the first night. The last night is always the most cherished.
I just love Kelly. I remember watching her on American Idol, and being so happy when she won. She's HUGELY talented. But that isn't why people are drawn to her, and her music. She's always herself. She's so relatable, that everyone is at ease in her presence. She's genuine. She's authentic. There's no pretense. No affectation. She doesn't use intricately choreographed dancing, pyrotechnics, or any of the other gimmicks that other "stars" use in their shows when touring. Instead, she interacts with and talks to, the audience. Kelly possesses an intrinsic goodness, and an indomitable spirit. When concertgoers leave her shows, they aren't talking about all the gimmicks. They're talking about Kelly's amazing talent, and songs of hers that they love. And how she treats them likes guests. When you add all of that up, what you have, is a legend.
What other superstar would do this? You sure ain't gonna find Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Madonna or J Lo down off the stage interacting with their fans!! I dialed my butt off back in 2002 for Kelly every week on Idol. When she sang Natural Woman I remember getting goosebumps. She had no competition then or now. 20 VERY successful years of hit after hit later and she is still the "cool beans" down to earth amazing person I voted for in 2002! Seeing this interaction with her fans just makes me love her even more!!
