Coconut Cookies - Mom's Recipe with Honey Cake - Cook with Emet

Today a delicacy from my childhood, which I love to this day :)
Coconuts on honey cake according to my mother's recipe :)
The recipe is very simple, although due to the cooling down the topping, it requires quick action at one stage;)
You can use milk, dark or mixed chocolate, if you like.
My glass has a capacity of 250 ml.

Ingredients:
*Dough:
3 eggs
620g / 5 cups of flour
180ml / 3/4 cup of milk
300g / 1.5 glasses of sugar
6 tablespoons of honey - about 160g
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
*Icing:
300g of butter
300g / 1.5 glasses of sugar
about 35g / 4-5 tablespoons of cocoa
120ml / 0.5 glass of milk
150g of chocolate (at your discretion)
* Sprinkles
about 400g of coconut shavings
