Ingredients and preparation:
3 large potatoes.
1 teaspoon of salt.
water.
cook until soft.
drain the water.
5 tablespoons of flour.
2 eggs.
Salt.
90 ml of milk.
1 cup (200ml) of flour.
200g of cheddar cheese.
150g of breadcrumbs.
vegetable oil for frying.
fry over medium heat until golden brown.
