Redistribution Issue4

In this architecture , R1 configured EIGRP as a Routing Protocol
R3 Configured RIP as a Routing Protocol.
R2 configured as a border router which is capable of redistributing between EIGRP and RIP.
R1 connected to PC1 and PC2 through a switch
R2 connected to PC3 and Pc4 through another switch
For some reason PC1 not able to reach PC3
